Shipping methods

Our carriage and packing charges are calculated both by weight and the size of the package. All goods are sent by Royal Mail and we offer various delivery options which are detailed below:

Small parcels (under 2kg)

Medium parcels (2kg and above)

Returns

Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us. Contact us stating the reason for the return together with your order number using the contact form on our contact page or email: annekelsall147@gmail.com,
