These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by our customers once an order has been placed.

Prices and specification
Goods will be charged at prices current at date of order. We reserve the right to alter prices and or specifications without notice.

Carriage
Carriage and packing charges are calculated by weight of goods. All goods are sent by Royal Mail, various delivery options are available such as first class delivery, recorded first class delivery etc.

Delivery
Subject to availability we endeavour to supply goods within a reasonable delivery date. Every effort is made to send complete orders. However, we reserve the right to make part deliveries due to external factors beyond our control. Items which cannot be dispatched for immediate delivery will be dispatched at a later date. It is at our discretion to rectify any non-delivery either by way of further delivery or by issue of a credit note. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.

Damaged or defective goods
If on delivery goods are found to be damaged or defective then we must be notified in writing within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted. In the event that we require the return of goods then we reserve the right to specify the method of return. It is at our discretion to either replace the goods or issue a credit note.

Returns
Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us.

Retention of title
All goods shall remain our sole and absolute property both in law and in equity until paid for in full (including carriage and packing charges where applicable).

Copyright
Products are based on our own intellectual property rights and we retain absolute copyright of these, actionable in law for any breaches thereof.

Variation of these terms and conditions
Any variation to these terms and conditions will only be recognised where we have provided written agreement.
